Processing            
The compound can be processed with conventional extruders and the screw with a minimum20:1 L/D and lpw compression ratio die is recommended. Low tensile ration is needed.The following temperature profile of extruder is recommended.

Irradiation Dosage            
The recommended irradiation dosage of Irradiation crosslinkable and Flame retardant POE Compound is 12-15 megalard.
 
Package, Transportation and Storage
 
 
Package: 25kg per bag, inner PE film and outer kraft paper bag and pallets
Transportation and Storage: Materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain   during transportation. They should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and also should be handled and carried gently. The shelf life is 6 months.
