80ºClead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
 

Characteristics and Application

This product has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. It can meet RoHS Standard. The cables with it can meet SAEJ 1127 and other related standards. The highest working temperature is 80ºC.

Package: 25kg per bag, inner PE film and outer kraft paper bag and pallets
Transportation and Storage: Cable materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain   during transportation. They should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and also should be handled and carried gently. The shelf life is 6 months.
