Environmental protection PVC jacketing compound are granular compounds which are manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant and other accessory ingredients.
 

Characteristics and Application

These products have good mechanical and physical property, electrical property and excellent processing performance. They meet RoHS Standard and applicable for the jacketing of communication cables, control cables and power cables. Signal cables with this series compounds can meet the burning testing requirements of UL1666 and FT4. The temperature can be adjusted according to different customers' requirements.

Package, Transportation and Storage

 

 

Package: 25kg per bag, inner PE film and outer kraft paper bag and pallets
Transportation and Storage: Cable materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain   during transportation. They should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and also should be handled and carried gently. The shelf life is 6 months.
