RY-R220 is maleic anhydride (MAH) modified LLDPE, mainly used as compatibilizer in halogen-free  flame  retardant  (HFFR)  cable.  It  could  significantly  improve  the   interfacial compatibility between polyolefin and inorganic flame retardant (Al(OH)3 , Mg(OH)2 , etc.) to uniform dispersion.    By using RY-R220, the processing performance, mechanical properties and flame retardance of the cable could be improved meanwhile.

 

Application:

It can be used  as  compatibilizer  in  HFFR  cable,  RY-R220  could  help  to  increase  inorganic  filler additive,  improve  the  toughness,  tensile  strength  and  elongation  at  break  of  the   cable. Recommended  dosage:  5.0~8.0%.  For more  information,  feel  free  to  contact  marketing  and technical personnel .

Package, Transportation and Storage

25kg is packed in a sack of  lamination film. Transported and stored in a dry and clean place and avoid direct sunlight, flames and corrosives. It should be used as soon as possible after opening bags. Shelf life: Best to be used within twelve months from the day manufacturing under the storage condition.
