Lead-free irradiation cross-linkable PVC insulation compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
 

Characteristics and Application

These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. They can meet environment rules in RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the insulation of control cables, instrument installment wires of automotive low-voltage cables, and electric wires.

Package: 25kg per bag, inner PE film and outer kraft paper bag and pallets
Transportation and Storage: Cable materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain   during transportation. They should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and also should be handled and carried gently. The shelf life is 6 months.
