oxygen masks and oxygen tubes, nasal cannula. High
quality appearance, low smell or none smell , they can
be sterilized by ethylene oxide or Gamma, non-toxic,
compatible with GB15593 - 1995 and ISO10993 .

Our medical PVC compounds are mainly used for various medical injection and extrusion applications. Our experienced technicians carefully selected raw mate rials for safety, developed special formulation and procedure for each compound, and they concentrated on manufacturing process.Our products can stably withstand gamma irradiation sterilization, ethylene oxide sterilization and steam heat sterilization. We ensure a minimum change in compound color while
achieving stability and biocompatibility. Our compounds include the phthalates (DOP) series and the non phthalates series. Compounds hardness ranges from Shore 45A to Shore 80D, all grades can meet GB15593, ISO10993. The Non-phthalates series also are able to meet the REACH.

Package: 25kg per bag, inner PE film and outer kraft paper bag.
Transportation and Storage: The materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transportation. They should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and also should be handled and carried gently. The shelf life is 6 months.
