125ºClead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients. 
 

Characteristics and Application

These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. The cables with them can meet T3 automotive wire requirements in NFR13-415 standards. The highest working temperature is 125ºC.

Transportation and Storage: Cable materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain   during transportation. They should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and also should be handled and carried gently. The shelf life is 6 months.
